Questions, answered
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Your account is free for the first year — enquiries, proposals, guests, budget, vendors and one team login cost nothing. You pay only when a client confirms an event, and your first confirmed event is free too. No card is needed to register.
What does a confirmed event cost?
A one-time event fee (see Pricing above, + 18% GST) when your client confirms. It keeps that event's planning tools — guests, payments, vendors, day-of and more — open for three months from the day you created it. Need longer? Pay per extra month. Your first confirmed event has no event fee.
Is there a monthly or yearly fee?
No subscription. You pay only for: the event fee on confirmed events, extras an event needs (for example catering, ticketing or more than 200 guests), extra team logins beyond the first (₹199 a month each), and message credits if you send automatic emails or WhatsApp through us. Some extras can also be taken monthly or yearly if that works out cheaper for you.
What are extras?
Optional modules for bigger or special events — rituals, catering, ticketing, exhibitions, sponsors and more — from ₹299 per event, plus a small charge above 200 guests. Basics are always free. See Use cases, or build your own plan to see your exact price.
Which events does it handle?
All kinds: weddings and social events, conferences and seminars, offsites, annual days, product launches, exhibitions, concerts and shows, sports, fundraisers, club events, virtual and hybrid events. Switch on only the modules your events need.

Can I use it for international clients and events abroad?
Yes. Plan events anywhere — a destination wedding in Bali or Dubai, a conference in Singapore. Clients, guests and ticket buyers abroad pay by card (Stripe) in US dollars, pounds, euros, dirhams, Singapore, Australian or Canadian dollars. The app is in English and runs in any browser. Your books are kept in rupees with GST invoices.
Can I sell tickets and take payments online?
Yes — free or paid tickets with QR e-badges, UPI and Razorpay for India, cards from abroad with Stripe, and GST invoices for every payment.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
No. For each event you choose: send from Cele-Brat's WhatsApp using prepaid message credits (nothing to set up), or connect your own WhatsApp Business number. Sending by hand from your own phone is always free.
Can my team and freelancers use it?
Add planners, coordinators and accounts staff, each with their own access. Freelance crew get a simple personal link — no app or login needed.
Does it work on mobile? Offline?
It works on phone, tablet and laptop, straight from the browser. The day-of view keeps working without internet and syncs when you're back online.
Is my data safe?
Your data is private to your account, backed up every night, and never shared or sold. Export everything to Excel at any time.
