Terms of Service

PlanMyEvent (“the service”) at planmyevent.online is operated by Celebrat Ventures, 286 UIT SANSKAR COLONY AJAY NAGAR AJMER 305001 INDIA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

An online tool for event planners, companies, organisations and families to plan and run events: enquiries and proposals, guests and registrations, tickets, websites, messages, vendors, crew, payments and invoices. Features may change as we improve the service.

• You must give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and your team's use of it.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, for spam, or to send messages people have not agreed to receive.

• Prices are shown on our home page and in your account, in Indian rupees, plus GST. You pay per confirmed event (and for extra months if you choose); there is no subscription.
• Payments are made by UPI, card or netbanking through our payment partners. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy; access is delivered as described in our Service Delivery Policy.

Tickets, donations, memberships and invoices that guests and clients pay through an organiser's page are paid to that organiser. The organiser is responsible for their event, prices, taxes and refunds; Celebrat Ventures only provides the software.

You own the data you add. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the planner is the Data Fiduciary for the people in their events and we process that data on their behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time. An owner can close the account; it is locked at once and erased 30 days later.

WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform and follow Meta's policies. Planners must have permission to message their guests and clients.

We work to keep the service available, secure and backed up, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of organisers, vendors or third-party services.

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
